We don't entertain retro reproductions; Madam presents real deal cat eye specs from the mid-20th century.

TIP-TOP CONDITION ORIGINAL VINTAGE 
Madam's never worn new old stock and restored pre-owned cat eye frames are scrupulously checked and pampered by her devoted optical technicians here in England before going on sale. Regarding the condition of our cat eye frames, they are either:

'Never worn new old stock' — mint original 40s/50s/60s optician's stock.

'Restored vintage' — excellent pre-owned frames that have been ultrasonically cleaned and polished, then new nose pads and temple tips fitted (if needed) and all screws and fittings checked.

'Clean vintage' — excellent pre-owned frames that have been cleaned by us but needed no further restoration.


GETTING LENSES FITTED IS EASY
You can get any plain, prescription of sunglasses lenses fitted by a reputable optician for a modest sum, from around £30 upwards. And if you need to, it's easy to get any adjustments made to your frames by an optician when fitting your lenses — they can just tweak and bend them to fit your head exactly. 


SOLD AS FEATURED
Madam's Vintage Specs supplies spectacle frames only, apart from our sunglasses with lenses. All Madam's frames are sold as shown in the photographs in our shop, and as described in the accompanying info.
